We stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your Freedom Cable, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Orders may be cancelled same-day before 5:00 PM EST. After that cutoff, the order will have already entered processing and cannot be cancelled.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we made an error.
If you ordered the wrong model (USB-C to C vs USB-A to C), contact us and we'll arrange an exchange at no additional cost.
All Freedom Cables come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If your cable fails due to a manufacturing defect within one year of purchase, we'll replace it free of charge.
